1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
A return or exchange request is accepted only under the following conditions:

Product received is damaged or defective

Wrong product / wrong size delivered

Size or fit issue (only for eligible, non-customized SKUs)
Request Window:
All return or exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Proof:
Clear images and/or videos of the product, packaging, and issue must be shared at the time of request.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Damaged or defective

Products that are used, washed, altered, or soiled

Products without original tags, labels, or packaging

Orders placed during clearance or final sale (if applicable)
3. Return Approval & Pickup SLA

Return requests are reviewed within 24–48 business hours

Once approved, pickup is scheduled within 2–4 business days

Pickup timelines are subject to courier partner availability and serviceability
4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability
-
Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the replacement is processed within 24–72 hours

Dispatch of the exchanged product follows the standard dispatch SLA
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
